SPR-200 Solvent Recycler – Advanced Input and Connectivity Features
The SPR-200 Solvent Recycler is designed for precise signal processing and seamless integration with laboratory systems. Its analog input accepts both unipolar and bipolar signals with selectable ranges of ±1V or ±100mV, ensuring flexibility in various analytical applications. An analog-to-digital converter processes incoming data and transmits it to the embedded microcontroller for further optimization.
For enhanced functionality, the TTL (contact closure) input supports an auto-zero function, allowing users to maintain accurate and stable operation with minimal manual intervention.
Rear Panel & Connectivity
The rear panel of the SPR-200 Solvent Recycler is designed for user-friendly access and connectivity. It includes a detachable switching valve, securely mounted in a holder, along with a clearly labeled connectors subpanel featuring the following inputs and outputs:
- Analog Input (Yellow) – Supports unipolar and bipolar signal input for precise data acquisition.
- TTL Zero Input (White) – Enables the auto-zero function for improved accuracy.
- Valve Connector (Blue) – Connects the switching valve for solvent redirection.
- Micro-B USB Connector (Black) – Provides power and allows for USB programming via a terminal software application.
- Power Switch (Green) – Controls power operation for easy device management.
